少年，你把杭州买房想太难了，毕竟阿里 p7 公积金每月就是小五千，而且如果两口子都有公积金的话每个月基本不会往外掏多少钱。其实你主要纠结的还是首付，阿里也是提供无息贷款的，不够的钱该管家人朋友借就借，不要拉不下面子，等房子贷款下来再去申请现在各种消费贷，蚂蚁借呗什么的很快就可以还上，不用有太大心理压力。而且等你升 p8 后这个首付也就不到你一年的 package，不用太悲观。如果真想挑战买房高难度可以来帝都试试，保证你被折磨的觉得杭州实在太轻松了
